Metal or Non-metal; Underground and Open Pit, we get dirty!  In this business, you can't expect to successfully purchase and implement technology without a deep (pun intended) understanding of what happens at the mine face.  

Our value is that we bring all that diverse experience to your team.  A mine in another part of the world might just have a solution to a problem you thought was unique.  A supplier you've never heard of in Canada may have a perfect software application for that mine in Mexico to get that extra data analytics you need.

The beauty is that we're only there when you need us.  Once your team has the ball, they can run with it.

Our Process

The list below may seem obvious.  However it's actually easier for us to do than for you to do it on your own.  We have no preconceived thoughts, no relationships that limit flexibility.  Just a clean, objective view.

Our approach includes:
  • Interviewing key stake holders on what they want from the technology in question.  
  • Prioritize the wish list
  • Developing a realistic budget (time and money) 
  • Work with your team to build and RFI and RFQ
  • Review responses in conjunction with your team
  • Vendor ranking through site visits and demonstrations (gotta see it to believe it)
  • Make a choice (harder than it looks)
  • Create implementation plan with Stakeholders and chosen vendor(s)
  • See it through to customer turnover (the true value is when the acquisition is fully integrated into your business process)
